We are not responsible for permits, covenant searches, restrictions, vandalism or acts of God. (Flooding, hail, lightning, wind, ice, snow, earthquakes)
Please contact your local Building Inspector or Homeowners Association for information.
LOT MUST BE LEVEL or UNIT WILL BE INSTALLED "AS IS" on lot.

ORDER PROCESS: Pay 12% deposit to Disk Works of South Jersey (Dealer #I-001) with order.
Pay the balance + Your State Sales Tax to the subcontractor after delivery-assembly.
Balance must be PAID BEFORE the subcontractor leaves.
