LOT MUST BE LEVEL or UNIT WILL BE INSTALLED "AS IS" on lot.

ORDER PROCESS: Pay 10% deposit to Disk Works of South Jersey (Dealer #I-001) with order & Pay the balance + Your State Sales Tax to the subcontractor after delivery-assembly. Balance must be PAID BEFORE the subcontractor leaves.
